Founder, Owner, CEO, & Instructor

Paige is the Founder, Owner, CEO, and Instructor of Northwoods Safety Skills LLC. She founded the company in October 2024 as the sole staff member, building it from the ground up with a strong commitment to creating a supportive team culture and delivering high-quality, hands-on training services. Paige is passionate about safety education and takes pride in fostering an environment where both instructors and students feel confident, capable, and encouraged. Outside of leading Northwoods, she enjoys camping, kayaking, ice climbing, learning about national parks, and spending time with friends—interests that reflect her deep love for the outdoors and adventure.

Medical Advisor & Training Director

Ila joined Northwoods Safety Skills LLC in December 2025 and serves as our Medical Advisor & Training Director. 

She is currently in paramedic school and works as a firefighter, bringing extensive real-world emergency response experience and leadership to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, camping, reading, crafts, photography, exploring nature, and visiting national parks. A fun fact about Ila is that she was involved in FFA, reflecting her strong work ethic and hands-on background.

Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator

Emma joined Northwoods Safety Skills LLC in February 2026 and serves as our Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator. 

She is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing with a minor in Sales at The University of Alabama. Growing up with a retired Marine father, Emma developed a strong appreciation for discipline, preparedness, and community safety, which drew her to Northwoods’ mission. Outside of work, she enjoys running, painting, attending Alabama football games, and fostering animals. She also attended an agricultural high school where she specialized in Companion Animal Studies, with a background in animal behavior, grooming, and training.

Communications & Recruitment Coordinator

Kylee joined Northwoods Safety Skills LLC in February 2026 and serves as our Communications & Recruitment Coordinator. 

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Sales and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Conflict Resolution. Kylee was drawn to Northwoods because of its strong mission and goals, as well as the down-to-earth team culture that she felt immediately aligned with. In her free time, she enjoys reading, swimming, listening to music, and going to concerts. A fun fact about Kylee is that she graduated college three semesters early, reflecting her drive and dedication.

Client Services Coordinator

Rocky joined Northwoods Safety Skills LLC in October 2024 and serves as our Executive Assistant. 

In her role, she helps keep day-to-day operations organized and running efficiently, providing dependable behind-the-scenes support to the entire team. Rocky is known for her reliability, strong attention to detail, and willingness to step in wherever she’s needed. Outside of work, she enjoys cleaning and organizing, cooking, listening to music, shopping, and catching up on some well-earned sleep. A fun fact about Rocky is that her favorite food is steak or chicken, a simple choice that perfectly matches her straightforward and easygoing personality.
